Peperomia scandens is the trailing peperomia that tends to get overlooked — and then quietly becomes one of your favorites. The leaves are glossy, rounded, and a clean solid green, which means it layers well with other plants and doesn't fight for visual attention.
It trails naturally and steadily, filling a hanging pot over time with long, draping stems. The stems are semi-succulent, which gives it that familiar peperomia resilience — tolerant of low humidity, forgiving of inconsistent watering, and not particularly demanding about light as long as it's indirect.
